  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and assist in resolving the issue; however, final resolution will depend on the courier partner’s verification and policies.
