1. Returns for Domestic Orders (Within India):

• Notify us at mail within 7 days of delivery for any returns.
• Provide detailed reasons for the return via email.

b. Approval and Instructions:

• Upon approval, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the goods in their original condition.
• We exclusively use trusted courier services for return shipments, and we will coordinate the return delivery for you.

c. Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will send you an approval email.
• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days through the same online mode of payment.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your Savings bank account details for the refund.

 

2. Return Policy for International Orders:

• As of now, we uphold a 'no return, no exchange, no refund' policy for all orders delivered outside India.
• This policy is in place due to the complexities associated with international shipping.

a. Cancellations:

• Orders can be canceled if they have not been dispatched from our end. Please contact us at mail  at the earliest for cancellation requests.
