1. Eligibility for Returns (Domestic Orders – India Only)

Customers may request a return for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all tags, labels, invoices, and accessories.

  • Products returned due to personal preference, misuse, or improper handling may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and healthcare compliance reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Opened or used healthcare products

  • Damaged products caused after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products purchased under special offers or clearance sales

  • International orders

P7 Medico Marketing LLC reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.


3. Return Approval & Reverse Pickup

  • Once the return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide return instructions.

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged through our courier partners wherever service is available.

  • In some cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to the provided return address.

The returned product will undergo quality inspection upon receipt.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection and approval of the returned product.

Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during purchase.

For COD Orders

  • Customers may be required to provide valid bank account details for processing refunds related to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees (if any) may be non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banking partners and payment gateways.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images/videos of the package and product for verification.

After verification, P7 Medico Marketing LLC may offer:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Refund, as applicable

The resolution process will depend on the nature of the issue and product availability.


7. International Orders

Currently, all international orders are considered final sale.

  • No returns

  • No exchanges

  • No refunds

This policy is due to international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics limitations.

  • Minor variations in packaging, color, texture, or fragrance may occur due to natural or Ayurvedic ingredients and manufacturing batches.
