How to wear ViFresia period panties
- Check your size. This pack is M-L, for 60–100 cm.
- Wash your hands, take out one panty and stretch it gently to open it out.
- Step in and pull it up like regular underwear. Adjust the waist and leg edges so it sits snugly and comfortably.
- Change it according to your flow, as you would a sanitary pad, usually every 4 to 8 hours. For the night, put on a fresh panty just before bed.
- To remove, slide it down, roll it up with the used side inside and wrap it in paper or a disposal bag.

- Do not flush. Throw the wrapped panty in a dustbin. Dispose responsibly, no littering please.
- Single use only. Do not wash or reuse.
